Athletes can train with other like minded athletes in our group training setting. Group training brings similarly aged athletes together to train.
MFC Sports Performance Class Schedule
At MFC Sports Performance, we encourage Open Group training. Open Group training enables athletes to train under the supervision of experienced, friendly trainers while working out with similarly aged athletes. Open Group training has two separate age groups, an 8 year old to 13 year old group and a 14 year old and older group. Open Group training is a high-energy environment, is varied in design, and encourages individual and group effort. Athletes gain strength, speed, and power through functional fitness exercises while building great friendships. Participants do not need to know other athletes who want to train in our Open Group setting. Participants can simply show up to Open Group training sessions and train. Simply, come in, work hard, and have fun!
