BRIAN TUTT is an enthusiastic trainer with a passion for improving others’ quality of life through fitness. His belief is that a sound body will house a strong spirit. This has been especially true as he has experienced fitness from the lens of an overweight individual and a severely underweight individual, before finally finding fitness as a lifestyle rather than a destination. To Brian, fitness is a broad spectrum of physical and mental levels that can always be challenged and directed in hundreds of different combinations. Brian believes fitness should challenge you and improve your confidence, self esteem, and health. Brian strongly believes fitness should be fun and enjoyable and always leave you just a little hungry for more!
