What is an open group training session usually like?

A larger group training consists of similarly aged athletes taking place in full body training under the direct supervisio of an MFC Sports Performance trainer. Athletes can expect to increase their strength, speed and agility, flexibility and power.

How long are the open group training sessions?

All sessions are 60 minutes in length and all sessions are led by our professional, experienced trainers.

How old do you have to be in order to train?

An athlete must be at least 8 years old in order to train. All training sessions are safe and led by MFC Sports Performance, professional trainers. Safety is our number one concern.

What are the benefits of taking part in personal training or smaller group training?

Taking part in personal training or small group training, 2-3 athletes, can help athletes to train in a safe and effective way. If athletes are training incorrectly and using poor technique and form, they are more susceptible to becoming injured. By taking part in personal training or small group training with an MFC Sports Performance trainer, athletes will be training in a safe environment and instructed how to use proper technique and form.
